UX & UI Designer
 
We’re looking for a UX & UI designer with some experience (+2y). You will work closely together with our creatives to translate their ideas into website concepts, wireframes, prototypes and finally (responsive) page layouts. You’re familiar with UX principles & techniques (design patterns, persona’s, user journeys etc.), and use these to design technically feasible and most importantly usable and good looking user interfaces.
 

Qualifications
•    Ability to solve all sorts of design challenges with creativity, efficiency and precision (interaction, usability, graphic design)
•    translate ideas into wireframes, prototypes and final designs (responsive)
•    front-end development experience is not necessary, but a plus
•    UI and UX design expertise
•    Skilled at building original websites and applications focused on user experience
•    custom web design skills that show creativity beyond applying third-party templates
•    Must be self-directed, confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Excellent communication with both technical and not-so-technical people. Ability to explain why a design works or why it doesn’t
 
Desirable Skills
•    Min. 2-3years of web and user application design experience
•    Strong visual design skills: latest trends, color and typography
•    Strong interaction design skills: wireframing, prototyping experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
